What a awesome day with Marty and his sons, Alex and Blake. Bass Fishing on Lake Okeechobee using all artificial baits and catching great numbers. Alex caught the biggest bass of the day. This family is just Good ol’ country folks that love the outdoors. My kind of people.

We had two delightful days fishing with Captain Mark Shepard on Lake Okeechobee. Captain Mark was on time early in the... mornings and got us on the water and fishing in the right spots quickly. It was very obvious that Captain Mark knew the lake and the good fishing spots. There had been a big bass fishing tournament the weekend before we went but he was still able to put us on a lot of fish. This was an early Christmas present for my step-son, Thomas, and we both had a blast. Unfortunately for Thomas, I took his money for the biggest fish, ha, ha.I would recommend Captain Mark to anyone who wants to be successful bass fishing the lake.read more
